The moisture-wicking fabric pulls moisture away from your skin through a process called capillary action. The fabric, like your skin, actually has small passages, or capillaries, that pull sweat away from your body and toward the fabric’s surface. When the sweat hits the shirt’s surface, it disperses and evaporates quickly into the air.
